The company Amorim Cork Insulation is integrated in Corticeira Amorim Group, world leader in cork transformation, and has created a new business whose task is to apply cork to pollution control procedures. Amorim Cork Insulation is a company seeking high levels of quality and productivity, where the protection of the environment and the preservation of natural resources are a constant, clearly demonstrating its position in the community in which it operates.

The concept of using a natural product in the fight for environmental protection is fully aligned with Amorim Cork Insulation sustainability policy and company values. This is a new application for our special cork granules which have been successfully used in other demanding and different sectors.

The CorkSorb range of products was launched by Amorim Cork Insulation on 2011, primarily in Portugal where CorkSorb is 100% manufactured. Nowadays the CorkSorb range is exported worldwide.
